The commencement of the 1st/3rd semester examinations at Kaduna Polytechnic on October 3, 2023, has been met with challenges as students encountered difficulties in obtaining their examination cards.
While the Kaduna Polytechnic ICT center had given prior approval for the collection of examination cards well before the examination period began, a significant number of students faced delays in receiving their cards. The primary cause of these delays was attributed to some students’ late payment of school fees, which ultimately affected the timely issuance of their examination cards.
Regrettably, the consequences of these delays were felt acutely by some students who found themselves missing certain examinations. This unfortunate situation arose due to the stringent adherence to the management’s regulations regarding the collection of examination cards.
The situation underscores the importance of timely adherence to academic procedures, including the payment of fees and the collection of essential examination materials. Students are strongly encouraged to ensure that all academic requirements are met promptly to prevent any disruptions to their educational pursuits.
